Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Mechanic Helper assists the Mechanics with general maintenance and repairs on equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

About the Role
A great entry-level role for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work. You'll work alongside experienced heavy duty mechanics and gain on-the-job exposure to a wide range of industrial equipment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist mechanics with diagnostics and repairs
- Help with preventive maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized shop
- Pull and inventory parts
- Support welding and fabrication tasks
Qualifications
- Some mechanical experience (auto, ag equipment, or trades training)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with physical work
- Valid driver's licence
- Tools (basic set provided, additional yours)
